1999年, 美国佛罗里达州奥兰多的LFO (Lyte Funkie Ones)推出一支榜首歌曲"Girl On TV"不仅让世人对LFO乐队的直白产生深刻印象，也立时成为流行文化的表率，而且这些新鲜的面孔和那种随意自嘲的微笑都让人难以忘怀。
LFO的新作《Life Is Good》保持了这支三人小组的一贯风格，将流行、摇滚和hip-hop相互杂糅。乐队的主唱兼词作者Rich Cronin与他的两个伙伴Brad Fischetti 、Devin Lima全心唱歌，自从他们的首张专辑起就把制作工作全部交给Underground Productions 的Brad Young和Dow Brain，后来又交给了Kenny Giola和Sheppard二重唱组合。而LFO则以他们的顽皮和挖苦的语言抓住了年轻人的心。
