第六届超级星光大道一圆歌手梦，「小胖」林育羣的歌声红遍全球网络，2010年9月终于梦想成真，推出他的首张专辑《 It´s My Time 梦想启航》。被喻为台湾版 Susan Boyle，林育羣在《梦想启航》中为乐迷呈现了完美的英文歌，当中收录了他在星光大道的成名作「I Will Always Love You」(Dolly Parton 原唱 )、圣歌 「Amazing Grace」和摇滚金曲「Fighter」 ，以及翻唱了三位国际天后— Mariah Carey 名曲「Hero」、Celine Dion 的「My Heart Will Go On」和 Christina Aguilera 的「Under Your Wings」，以及2009年欧洲歌唱大赛决赛优胜者 Jade Ewen比赛歌曲「 It´s My Time」，展现他的歌唱实力，以歌声在全世界追求梦想。
碟内还有林育羣的新作，他和美国的金牌制作人 Walter Afanasieff 合作，量身打造新歌「Under Your Wings」，继 Mariah Carey、Whitney Houston 和 Celine Dion后，带来了最棒的声音。Walter Afanasieff 因制作铁达尼号主题曲「My Heart Will Go On」荣获葛莱美奖，虽是为林育羣初次担任新歌词曲创作，对林育群的喜爱与歌声赞赏不绝。
